Fusion Benefits: Self Reported Life Event is Created in Manual Status

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When the user reports a life event, this is automatically created in manual status. The person cannot make enrollment changes and additional processing is required from Benefits administrators.
This happens in case a previous life event exists in Started status.
