Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Period Close Setup & Processing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
No journals generated on allocation run

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When the allocation rule is successfully deployed and executed, it should create resultant journal entries, if balances exist.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Journals >> Tasks >> Generate General Ledger Allocations
2. Provide the parameters and execute.
3. No journals created after the run is successful.
