OAC : Data Action Cannot " Anchor to" My Calculations Column (Doc ID 2671512.1)

When creating a data action in DV, you cannot use my calculation as an anchor data item.

Steps to reproduce
--------------------------------------
> Create a project from any subject area
> Click on project hamburger menu
> Choose Data Actions
> Actions > New Data Action
> Type - Analytics URL
> Anchor to > Click on + symbol
> Choose "My Calculations" folder from subject area
> Working fine in the general context, but failing with only a project
