Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Period Close Setup & Processing

The customer is trying allocations for the first time in the current instance. Regardless of the type of allocation (Formula or Basis based) it is erroring

The log file shows:

Aborting execution due to failure of JobExecuteAllocationsWith request ID: XXXX
GL-781679 Error encountered while processing allocations writeback.

Essbase Error(1005340): GL export error: Essbase is unable to execute procedure [GL_JOURNAL_IMPORT_PKG.populate_interface_control_key]
