Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Auto approval journals are showing as manager approved.
Created journal approval rules based on the DFF (Approval required YES or NO), if it is NO it will be auto approved.
The Approvals are working fine, but the journal approval action log shows approved by manager for the approval required NO.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
Expect that the journal with Approval Required as NO to be autoapproved by the submitter not by its manager.
STEPS
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. go to General Accounting > Journals > Create Journal with Require Approval as NO
2. submit it for approval
3. notice that it shows as approved by the workflow submitter's manager
