Fusion CST: Default Cost Profile Created Without Consigned Cost Profile

Symptoms
Default cost profile is created without consigned cost profile via mass import.
Attempted to set up Default cost profiles by import CSV and assigned consigned cost profile in the CSV data.
However that field was not recognized and the default cost profile were created without consigned cost profile.
The process ended successfully without any warning.
Due to this issue, users are unable to mass update consigned cost profile to default cost profiles causing
inconvenience and delay for setup tasks.
Steps To Reproduce
-----------------------
1. Run FBDI Import for Cost profile with assigned consigned cost profile.
2. Job ends Success.
3. Find default cost profile were created without consigned cost profile.
