Symptoms
On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Customer Import
When attempting to load the customers using Spreadsheet
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
The following combination of columns already exists for the given date range: SITE_USE_CODE CUST_ACCT_SITE_ID and SET_ID. Enter a unique combination.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download the Spreadsheet using Download Spreadsheet Task
2. Fill the necessary information
3. Generate the Zip and upload the customers
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to create customers
Changes
Code Fix in 20A to restrict a new site creation with Purpose as "DUN" or "STMT" or "LEGAL"
When users import new account with multiple sites with STMT and DUN purpose, it allows such a creation. However, this is not allowed on the UI or when the Import of Sites under an account with these purposes
