Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, GL Performance

When attempting to save the search,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 97, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Aplication NAme: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to General Accounting > Period Close > Inquire on detail balances
2. Enter search criteria and click on Saved Search button and click on personalize
3. Enter Name and click on "Ok"
