Users manage Collections with strategies at site level with the opt-in feature "Strategy Assignment by Segment".

It has been found that, in some rare cases, the score assigned by the ESS program "Collections Scoring and Strategy Assignment" to the customer site is wrong.

The scoring formula users are using is "Customer Total Amount Due for Sites".
