ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Supplier question not appearing on supplier external registration questionnaire.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Able to appear the supplier question under external registration questionnaire.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Supplier external registration
2. Fill the details with questionnaire
3. Setup Qualification Rule for Business Classification question > The question (and qualification area) does not appear in the external supplier registration
