OIC Is Not Receiving Some Events From Fusion For Sales Order Notification (Doc ID 2673437.1)

On : NA version, ERP Cloud Adapter

Business Event Subscription for - Sales Order Notification from ERP cloud is not generating events for all events.

As per the documentation the event is supposed to get triggered under the below conditions.
“Business event that informs a subscriber about a significant development on a sales order. This event occurs when the order status changes, the line status changes, the value of an attribute changes, a fulfillment line splits, or an exception occurs, such as a jeopardy or hold. “

But events are generated only when the line status is changed to “FulfillmentLineClosed” but any header level changes or creating for the first time is not being triggered.

All events should be generated as documented

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an integration to receive events from Sales order notification and note events are not generated for header level changes or creating for the first time.
