FA: SCM: OM: Cannot remove Option Class Item from Pick To Order (PTO) Model after Submit the Order (Doc ID 2673453.1)

Symptoms

Created a Pick To Order (PTO) Model with at least one Optional Option Class with Minimum and Maximum Quantity set to one.
The Optional Option Class includes option Items with Minimum and Maximum Quantity set to one.

When the Order is Created the Configurator Form shows selections under the Optional Option Class:  The option Items plus one option labeled 'None'.

The option 'None' is selected by default, once another option is selected it is not possible to select again the option 'None'.
