Goal
Users have a scenario where a User who is "Entered By" On a requisition submits a change Order with an new line. When the "Entered By" person is trying to receive the PO, he\she can only see the line which he created the requisition, but cannot see the Second line which he\she created in Change Order. How to resolve this issue?
