ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Only salary element is appearing under Earnings tab in the Statement of Earnings

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All Earnings elements should populate the Earnings tab in the Statement of Earnings

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the payroll process and verify the results for an employee
2. See the Earnings tab in the Statement of Earnings
