Symptoms
If using catalog objects whose name includes full-width uppercase alphabets, the issue occurs after restoring via a snapshot.
Even if restoring from a snapshot, these catalog objects cannot be restored.
For example, analysis, dashboard, folder(all objects under the folder.) with below name are lost.
