User with Administrator Access not Able to Login Admin UI After Resetting the Password

Symptoms
When attempting to reset password for the Admin user, the following message thrown in the UI, post which the Admin user not able to login with the new password
ERROR

Login Error:
You have entered an incorrect login, password, and passcode combination. Try again or reset your password if you have forgotten it.
Once the password is reset, the below message is shown:
Password Successfully Changed
Your password was successfully changed. Navigate to the Agent Console URL provided to you by your agent supervisor or systems administrator and log in with your user ID and the new password.
Your access to this administration interface is restricted.
You cannot use your credentials to log in here.
