Finished Good and Sub Assemblies Are Scheduled with the Same Suggested Start and Due Dates

Symptoms
After releasing planned orders in Planning Central, the planned orders for Finished Good and it's sub assemblies are scheduled on the same Suggested Start and Due Dates. Expectation is that the Suggested Start Date for the Finished Good is scheduled for on or after the Suggested Due Date of the last Sub Assembly.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Planning Central
2. Plan
3. Actions
4. Release Orders
5. Check inputs for schedule dates.
