Symptoms
On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, GL Reports & Inquire Screens
When attempting to Drill down on Budget balance from Financial Reporting center
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
An error occurred during the drill through from either Smart View or a Financial Report into a balance inquiry. (GL-782280).
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to Financial Reporting center
2. Run the Report
3. Click on the Budget Amount to Drill down.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Drill down on Budget Amount
