Goal

The Web Service used to import orders - OrderImportService - does not include namespaces to import some attributes at header level. These values can be provided on the line being imported.

Examples are:

Demand Class
Shipping Carrier
Payment Terms
Packing Instructions
Shipping Instructions
Invoicing Rule
Accounting Rule
etc.

There is a business requirement to import orders with these attributes set at order header.
