Order Promising is setting Schedule Ship Date to a Past Date. An example describing this issue is:

1. Current Date is 08 May 2020
2. Order is created and submitted - expectation is that the Scheduled Ship Date is - 08 May 2020
3. Scheduled Ship Date is set to 07 May 2020
