ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to see the Payslip from the 'View Attachment' of the Process results after enabling Bursting of Payslips (to be received on email) - No data to display.
In the BIP Job History, there was a 'QueryTimeout exception: SQL query time exceeds the limit (1800 sec). Stopped processing.'
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To be able to view the payslip in the 'View Attachment' section.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Generated the Payslips for few employees
2. Click on the View Attachments
