When attempting to import benefits program, the following error occurs.

You can't import this file because it's invalid.Create a new file using the export process and import it again. Ensure that you don't modify the file before using the import process.

1. Navigator --> Benefits Administration
2. Plan Configuration --> Import Benefits Plan Configuration
