Goal

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Setup, Rapid Impl and Security

Not able to restrict the Account and Company at GL using security rules

Able to restrict the use of Company and Account at Procurement level for the roles "Procurement Requester" & "Advance Procurement requester" in security rules, but not able to restrict the same at General Accountant and General Accounting Manager level.
How to restrict only at Procurement level but not on GL?
