Symptoms
On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, GL Reports & Inquire Screens
When attempting to run "Generate Financial Reports and Account Groups"
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Automatic generated financial reports failed for this chart of accounts and accounting calendar since the balances cube doesn't exist. (GL-781940)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Schedule Process
2. Run the process "Generate Financial Reports and Account Groups"
