Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: All Fields in Job Offer Letter are Populated With the Same Data (Doc ID 2675633.1)

Symptoms

Problem Description:

When previewing the Job Offer Letter in Recruiting (Actions > Preview Offer), all tokens in the letter are replaced with the same data.

Example:

Offer Preview:

Dear John John:

I am pleased to extend to you this job offer for John at Vision Corporation.  Your skills and experience will make you a valuable asset to our organization.

You will be reporting to John John.  On your first day, we look forward to welcoming you at your work location.

...

Expected:

Dear John Doe:

I am pleased to extend to you this job offer for IT Engineer at Vision Corporation.  Your skills and experience will make you a valuable asset to our organization.

You will be reporting to Jane Doe.  On your first day, we look forward to welcoming you at your work location.
