Symptoms

A consolidation or other business rule fails. The jobs card shows this error associated with the RefreshSDMCurrencyRates rule: "Could not find From Currency in SDM for Currency Rates. Failed to sync Supplemental Data Management Currency Rates."

Changes

One or more members have been manually added into the "From Currency" dimension in FCCS.
