PROBLEM STATEMENT

When attempting to perform Miscellaneous Issue for Serial Controlled Item user is getting error and transaction is not successful.

Note: Error occurs while user provides the Source information (Free text information) at transaction header

ERROR

"An error occurred while validating the transaction"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
--------------------------
1. Goto applications
2. goto Supplychain Execution->Inventory management
3. Task List->Create Miscellaneous Transaction
4. Type Miscellaneous Issue and Select Account
5. Provide Source information ( Long text)
6. Enable Enter Transactions by Serial Numbers
7. Go to Line Level
8. Select the Serial Number to be issued
9. Enter text on Reference field
10. Submit
11. Error Appears

User should able to Complete the Serialized transaction successfully
