FA: SCM: OM: Unable To Search RMAs In Service Logistics Manage Depot Repair UI (Doc ID 2677123.1)

Symptoms

After 20B update the RMA search in Manage Depot Repair UI is not working.
Searching on various criteria like RMA Number, Customer, Organization etc. returns no data.

It is observed the field "Order Line Type" has no values. 

In the "Manage Service Activities" task there is a an activity for "Depot Return" business process and it is active.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Navigate to Service Logistics > Manage Depot Repair
2. Searching on any of the fields does not return any data (like like RMA Number, RMA Status, Customer, Organization etc.)
3. Click on the LOV for RMA number and search on various criteria (like Equals, Does Not Equal, Not Zero) returns no data
4. Able to click on LOV for Customer and select a customer, but searching on a specific customer returns no RMAs
5. Able to click on LOV for Organization and select an org, but searching on a specific org returns no RMAs


Changes

 Recently upgraded to 20B.
