Symptoms

EPBCS SM

In the web interface, when changing the last historical boundary and then selecting the option for Don’t Calculate New Inputs – Set all Input Values to Zero, the system does not honor that selection and actually contains values.

Changes

 Changed the last historical period and selected the calculation option: Do Not Calculate Inputs (All New Inputs Are Set to Zero).  The forecast period contains data prior to moving the boundary.
