Could Not Find File Error at Literature Intake file Import (Doc ID 2677764.1)

Symptoms

When user drops a valid literature text file in Literature Intake IN folder, import fails with "Could not find file" error.

 


Steps to Repeat:
----------------
Drop a valid literature text file to Literature Intake IN folder.

 

Error XML file under FAILURES folder contains the following line.

<ERROR>
<MESSAGE>Could not find file '<full-path-of-file>'.</MESSAGE>
...
