In Oracle Management Cloud, Unable To Associate Entities For Log Collection (Doc ID 2677810.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Management Cloud (OMC), not able to associate entities with log source, as entity is not associated with agent. In OMC UI, navigate to
Log Analytic -> Log Admin -> Entities -> New Association -> Entity Type (say Oracle HTTP Server) -> Add Entities -> Not Eligible Tab -> we find given entity with blank Cloud Agent column and following reason
Reason : Entity is not associated with an agent. Make sure the cloud agent is installed on the host and configured to collect logs.

However, when check in Entity Association Menu, the entity is already monitored by the cloud agent.
Oracle HTTP Server entity "monitored by" association with cloud agent is present
Oracle HTTP Server entity "uses" association with host is present

In Monitoring menu, using Related Entities Tab, also found that the entity is Monitored by the cloud agent also.
