Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Global Payroll
When attempting to add a salary to an employee the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
The salary element entry was not created. The worker does not meet eligibility requirements for the salary basis element or element eligibility is not defined. (CMP-1005344)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Trying to add salary in Person Management->Manage Salary
2. Error occurs
