Symptoms

A customer attempts to checkout. However, upon checkout the Message Widget only displays one message when multiple messages are returned.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Visit storefront and recreate shopper cart with multiple errors
2. Attempt checkout with multiple cart errors
3. Notice one error not all the errors
