Symptoms
Trying to create an AP/AR netting agreement for a new setup, below error popped up when submitting it.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Payments > Manage Netting Agreements
2. Create Netting Agreements > provide the required information
3. Save the record
