DN1: WMS inventory organizations cannot enable inventory tracking by project
When creating an inventory organization and selecting Warehouse Management System under the Integrated System Type attribute and then selecting the check box next to enable inventory tracking by project, an error is returned. The error is

You can't enable tracking inventory by project and have an integrated system type of Warehouse Management System (RCS-3360260)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage Inventory Organization Parameters > create an inventory organization
2. Under Integrated System Type attribute select Warehouse Management System
3. Observe the error
