Symptoms

When attempting to create a pick wave on a split line, the following message is displayed:

Number of Pick Slips: 0 and Number of Picks: 0

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inventory Management
2. Picks
3. Create Pick Wave
4. Leave the Release Rule blank
5. Release Status: All
6. Provide Order number
7. Remove - To Scheduled Ship Date
8. Remove - To Requested Date
9. Release Now.
