SQL Operators In Output Interface Configuration Are Not Filtering Data Correctly (Doc ID 2679639.1)

Symptoms

The inventory history extract is sent to multiple endpoint and the SQL operators are used to ensure only the required data for each endpoint is sent. The =, IN and NOT IN functions are not working correctly where there is a multiple select required on the same field.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to UI.
2. Navigate to "Output Interface Configuration" UI Screen, and select a record.
3. Click on 'Details' > Select the record click on 'Details' i.e., "Output Interface Target" > "output_interface_target_criteria."
4. Operators used:
Activity Code IN XX,XX,XX



The output generated file is not honoring the above conditions.
