Q1:Does OIC poll both the HA agents at same time to process the OIC integrations or does OIC only poll primary agent to process the OIC integrations?

Additional details to explain the question1.

OIC HA Connectivity Agents associated with single Agent Group (Say agent group X). So, please explain which scenario is correct.

Scenario1:
Agent1 (Agent Group X): Will it be processing half of the transactions?
Agent2 (Agent Group X): Will it be processing rest half of the transactions?

Scenario2:
Agent1 (Agent Group X): Will it be processing all the transactions?
Agent2 (Agent Group X): Will it be on stand by mode? If Agent1 fails then only Agent2 will start processing the trasactions.

Q2: If OIC polls only primary agent then is there any way to make particular agent a primary agent. Suppose "Agent1" is the working agent then can we make "Agent1" as Primary Agent.

Agent1 (Agent Group X): Can we name "Agent1" as primary agent?
