Goal

Why Performance Mgmt Search Data Access is Different With Person Mgmt?Is it possible to restrict data access based on HR Data Role -- Security Profile Setting?

Now we navigate to My Client Group>>Performance>>Performance Documents, there are following search Filter:

Employee
Manager

When Selecting the value from these three Value List, we found that we can select all data exists in DB which are not restricted by Data Role--Security Profile Setting.
