Incorrect Order for Business Title(Assignment) In Performance Page (Doc ID 2679916.1)

Symptoms

 The current sort order for the Business Title (assignment) field displayed on the Performance Spotlight and manager Evaluate Performance pages is like following,
 
1) Active assignments
2) Suspended assignments
3) Inactive assignments

But in fact, the sort should be as follows according to Global HR Team.

1) Primary Active Assignment
2) Non-primary active assignments in alphabetical order
3) Suspended assignments in alphabetical order
4) Inactive assignments in alphabetical order
