Application Accessed Via OCI LBAAS Url Returns To Login Page Again (Doc ID 2680269.1)

Symptoms

An Application deployed to a 2 node JCS cluster is accessed via OCI LB (frontend). When both the managed servers in the JCS cluster are running, the application does not work. The user is prompted for login screen and the credentials are entered, the request is routed back to login page again. The issue does not occur when only one managed server in the cluster is running.
