Not receiving any Notification Email while Tendering or Cancel Tender (Doc ID 2680622.1)

I tendered a shipment to a service provider with my own email address but I didn't receive the email.
I have completed the require contact setup for the service provider, under notification the com method is email with rank =1. Also allow tender is checked for the service provider.

Exception [011305] Mail Sender is not registered with OCI.
