Mixed Ship Units Splitting Unnecessarily Using AUTO_CALC Order Configuration (Doc ID 2680770.1)

Symptoms

An Order Release is created with multiple Lines using AUTO_CALC Order Configuration with Repack and Mixed allowed. A line is getting split across multiple ship units, when it can be left unsplit. The splitting makes for a fuller ship unit, but splitting should not be done.
