When the users navigate to Line Manager Dashboard > Goals, an error shows up.
ERROR: "A date value was expected.(Received 12/31/4712)"

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Reports and Analytics
2. Click on Line Manager Dashboard
3. Click on Goals.
