Goal

Question:

How can a recruiter update an email address for an internal candidate?

The customer has an internal candidate who is a former employee. When the recruiter attempts to email the former employee from Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), the previous email address is being displayed, instead of the one added by the candidate in the job application under the Personal Info section.
