Assets Not Appearing On US Form 4797 Reports (Doc ID 2681176.1)

Goal

When retiring the asset(s) when selecting retirement reason 'Sale', the assets appear on the report(s). When selecting retirement reason as 'Extraordinary" assets not appearing on the report(s). Please confirm if this is working as designed, and if you please explain why only assets with Sale as the retirement reason appear as opposed to Extraordinary.

This is happening on both US Form 4797 Reports:

US Form 4797 - Gain from Disposition of 1245 Property Report

US Form 4797 - Gain from Disposition of 1250 Property Report

Another question that comes up, how do we ensure that *all* assets that have gain or loss appear on the reports and not just those that are retired with the reason 'Sale'.
