Symptoms

Planned Orders are not being released automatically

Steps to Reproduce:
-----------------------
1. Supply Chain Planning > Supply Planning
2. Manage Plans > Create a new Plan
3. Enter the plan options and enable the 'Release Planned Orders automatically' option
4. Run the plan
5. Open 'Supplies and Demands' table and Check for the status of Planned orders
