Symptoms

OTM fails to pair two shipments are commodity-wise incompatible in one multi-sgement shipment.

Example:
------------
Orders: All same source and destination
OR-01 (Commodity: COMM-PAPER) 10.00 LB
OR-02 (Commodity: COMM-PAPER) 10.00 LB
OR-03 (Commodity: COMM-PLASTIC) 10.00 LB

The two commodities are incompatible.

Equipment Group: (EG_01) 10.00 LB
Container flag = N

Max Num of Shipment Segments = 10 on the Rate Offering.

Planning Parameters:

MULTISTOP MAXIMUM NUMBER OF SEQUENCES = 100
MULTISTOP MAXIMUM SEGMENTS PER SHIPMENT = 10
MULTISTOP PERFORM THOROUGH SEQUENCE CHECKS = TRUE
MULTISTOP SEQUENCING ALLOW DROPOFF REVISIT = TRUE
MULTISTOP SEQUENCING ALLOW PICKUP REVISIT = TRUE
MULTISTOP USE UNMERGED STOPS IN SEQUENCING LOGIC = TRUE
MULTISTOP ALLOW PICKUP AND DROPOFF AT SAME STOP = TRUE
MULTISTOP EXTRA DISTANCE PERCENTAGE TOLERANCE = 100.00
MULTISTOP EXTRA DISTANCE TOLERANCE = 1,000.00 MI
MULTISTOP SEQUENCING LOW STOPS MAXIMUM = 10
MULTISTOP SEQUENCING NUMBER OF OPT ITERATIONS = 10
CHECK COMMODITY COMPATIBILITY = TRUE

Plan the three orders ...

Two shipments are created
502620
OR-03 (Commodity: COMM-PLASTIC) 10.00 LB
P > D
502621
OR-01 (Commodity: COMM-PAPER) 10.00 LB
OR-02 (Commodity: COMM-PAPER) 10.00 LB
P > D > P > D

The expectation is one shipment
P > D > P > D > P > D

Now, remove Order (Bundle Commodity Rule) from (ORDER RELEASE BUNDLING RULE SET) planning parameter.

Now the bulkplan creates one shipment.
502622
P > D > P > D > P > D
