Symptoms

When employees filling time card in different currency. The rates were not loaded and the error is coming:
1. Error message: The Application Can’t Calculate The Amount in Planning Currency
2. Warning Message: Amounts received for this transaction were in a currency other than the planning currency. The actual ITD raw and burdened costs have been converted

After the user has loaded the conversion rates and refreshed rates, also run Update actual amounts, Error message was solved but the warning message stays.

Error message ORA-12899: VALUE TOO LARGE FOR COLUMN ??? ACTUAL: 35 in log when run Update Project Performance with Delete and Resummarize the subprocess Maintain Project Performance remains in status : Warning
