"ODI-40421: Cannot code String" to Delimited File Target After Upgrading to 12.2.1.4 (Doc ID 2681677.1)

Symptoms

After an upgrade from Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) from 12.2.1.3.0 to 12.2.1.4, a mapping  loading data from Oracle database to File fails if the source data size is greater than delimited file target column size and Topology dataserver property "trunc_del_string" is FALSE. The following error is seen:

 The same is working in ODI 12.2.1.3

Changes

Upgrade ODI 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4
